Rescuing life can get chaotic but one thing I strongly advise you to make time for is FUN!
Enjoying life can be simple, but sometimes arranging it can be challenging. Mostly because we have good intentions but our follow through can be out of sorts. We don’t need to complicate matters so let’s do what has been suggested for many years. Keeping it simple silly (KISS) is the way to go. If you don’t believe me, then keep doing what you are doing. But if you really want to enjoy life, here are some suggestions.
Are you in need for a Day Trip? Explore your neighborhood by setting your sights on foreign territories. You don’t have to go too far as there are areas you probably didn’t know existed. Get your spouse, family or friends into the car, pack a lunch and GO FOR A JOY RIDE.

- Farm Markets
- Beaches
- Wineries
- Festivals
- Season Events
Are you ready to Party? You don’t need an excuse to party, you just need some good ideas and people to plan and party with. You don’t have to have to do it all by yourself as everyone wants to get involved. There is no need to break the bank or rob it for that matter. Getting people to bring food is easy. Finding props is even easier as we all have something stored somewhere or know someone who does. Be creative because nobody likes to just sit around a room staring at a wall.
Party ideas:
- Themed Parties (Masquarade, Roaring 20’s, Pajama-Rama, Mexican Fiesta, Toga Party etc)
- Ice Breaker Games (are great when you have mixed company. Google it and you will find all kinds of games)
- Milestone Celebrations (first kiss, first date, 100 days since, make up your own here)
Are you looking to expand your horizon? One way to do so is by learning. Finding ways to learn something new doesn’t have to cost money. You can find your resources online, at a library or by asking a friend. You can:
- Build healthy relationships
- Learn a new language
- Get creative by picking up a hobby
- Take a course on a subject you’ve been curious about
Now I know I could have made this a long page of details, but the point is life doesn’t have to suck. You can make it better by doing something, anything as long as you are enjoying it.
